Gwen has displayed her spotless kitchen in multiple social media pictures. While filming a TikTok video, her devoted followers were able to see her marble-clad kitchen. A huge stainless steel extractor fan complements the monochromatic marble wall, which is the most eye-catching element.
In the background, a framed photograph of one of her children hung on the wall. Always on the hunt for something bigger and better, Blake and Miranda relocated for the second time in 2013 to a more rural area of Tennessee. This time, the duo uprooted to a rustic looking residence located in Franklin. Purchased for a surprisingly modest $600,000, the spacious property featured a 1,927 square foot home atop 25 acres of land. With exposed beams throughout the property, an ample kitchen with a large stone fireplace, and land farther than the eye can see, this captivating property was a solid investment.

Some of the incredible amenities in the home include a state-of-the-art home theater and a four-car garage. The publication also reports that this chapel was built by Shelton for Stefani, and it’s where he proposed to her last year. "My New Year's resolution is to have Camila and John compete against each other on Barmageddon," he shared. And lucky for him, both of the country star's fellow The Voice coaches said they'd be down to compete on his new USA Network show.
Shelton proved he’s sticking to his roots when he purchased a 1,382-acre ranch in his home state of Oklahoma. Located in the rural town of Tishomingo, the 2,150 square foot main house sitting on the property is said to have four beds and two baths. There are red-painted barns throughout the property and aside from lighting bonfires and drinking beers, there’s endless amounts of southern fun to be had on Blake’s sprawling ranch. The summer 2021 nuptials took place on the couple's private ranch in Oklahoma. The home was purchased by Shelton many years ago, according to Architectural Digest, but it was designed and built for him and his new wife to get married in. The property is a 1,300-acre ranch in a small town of the southern state and includes a two-story garage, gardens, and a pool overlooking a lake.

"It's embarrassing how much we spend on seeds. Besides music, gardening has been our biggest bonding activity." "I thought it was really fun and it brings me a lot of happiness," the "Havana" singer shared. "It feeds that competitive fire in me. It gets my rage out. It's just fun, so I want to do more of that.
"Even though I'm a stepparent, I take that job very seriously. The kids see me as a very important person in their life," he continues. " 'Why isn't Blake here?' I take that stuff to heart. I've made plenty of money, but you can't buy time back. I don't want any regrets." "We go way over-the-top," Shelton — whose new game show, Barmageddon, premiered Monday night on USA Network — tells PEOPLE exclusively in this week's cover story.

The twosome’s home sits on a big plot of land and offers a ton of privacy. Blake Shelton spends some of his time in Los Angeles and Nashville, but he is mostly based in his home state of Oklahoma. Read NextElon Musk is reportedly living in a prefab tiny house wort... The Ten Point Ranch was placed for sale in 2019, and it is unclear how much of the property Shelton still owns. Listing brokerage Southern Comfort Realty did not respond to a request for comment.

Craig Knizek, James Harris, and David Parnes of The Agency had privately listed the property for sale with a $14 million price tag. The interior has an open floor plan where the sprawling kitchen, complete with island seating to watch the chef, reveals an interior and exterior living room. The wide glass door reveals a massive pool area to entertain friends and family on a hot summer day. Images are still trickling out, but all signs of the wedding point to a sprawling 1,300-plus-acre ranch near Tishomingo , in Oklahoma, Shelton’s home state, which he purchased more than a decade ago. According to reports, the couple designed and built the estate with the intention of marrying there, and only just moved in. The former No Doubt frontwoman and Blake purchased the 13,000-square-foot property located in L.A.’s San Fernando Valley for $13.2 million in May 2020, per Variety.
Gwen Stefani obviously loves the SoCal life
Last year, after a veritable ice age on the market, Stefani finally sold her undesired mansion – the one infamous for its extravagant interior design by Kelly Wearstler. This residence, which she had shared with her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale, was sold to comedian Sebastian Maniscalco for over $22 million. Gwen was “enjoying getting back to basics” with her children at Blake’s ranch in the Midwest amid the coronavirus pandemic, but she’s thrilled to be officially “settled at last” in their luxurious dwelling. “Gwen wanted to be moved in for the start of the school year, even though the kids are doing school at home because of COVID-19,” the insider explained. The incredible property also has “a lot of space” for Gwen’s three sons, Kingston, Zuma and Apollo, to “tumble around and get dirty,” the source added. The “Rich Girl” singer shares her boys with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.

The singer later took to her Instagram Stories where she revealed the outside of the property, which looks like the perfect spot to host their extended family during the holidays. "The holdup over the years has been that it's a hard thing for me to let go of. I've been here literally since the first minute," he says. "Gwen and I have done so much traveling and touring and work the first half of our lives that now we're like, 'Hey, I'm good to put my sweatpants on at 6 p.m. and watch Ozark eight times,'" he says.
What’s amazing about this ranch is that it leans into exactly who Shelton is — a good, ole country boy. The couple also owns a $13-million home in Encino, California, which perfectly suits Stefani’s glam personality, so they really get the best of both worlds. Blake Shelton may have made it as a big-time country star, but he’ll always be a country boy at heart.
"My spiritual journey has really guided me towards this place of peace, and now I just need to figure out how to do the rest of my life," said Stefani. So how did the couple begin "the rest of life?" With the purchase of a $13 million mansion, of course. Based on photos, there is also a stone house right next to the mansion, which is likely a spot for guests to retreat to. When approaching the house, images show two rows of newly planted trees along the long driveway. There, this path leads to a lavish country estate rising over the lake’s edge. Courtesy of The New York Post, we now know that these two “built a newlywed mansion” in Shelton’s home state.
The home itself is approximately 15,000 square feet, making it even larger than the couple's new L.A. Located in Nashville’s eighteen-story Adelicia building, also the location of Taylor Swift’s Nashville penthouse, the pair enjoyed 2,000 square feet of living space in their luxury corner unit. The condo boasted ten-foot-tall ceilings, an open floor plan, granite countertops, and scenic city views. From an Olympic sized pool, personal trainers, and a private dog park so Blake could walk his pups without getting hounded by fans, this Nashville property was a hot commodity. Variety reports that the 13,000-square-foot home has three floors (one for each of Stefani's kids, maybe?), a home theater, and an outdoor kitchen. A perk for the celebrity couple is the mansion is hidden behind large gates, giving the newlyweds all the privacy.

Shelton and Stefani's white mansion comprises of a large front porch a balcony and an upper-floor deck. The house also has dormer windows and chimneys peek out from the roof. Shelton was previously married to singer-songwriter Miranda Lambert. The couple married at a small chapel on the property, about 1 mile from the house, on July 3. Photos obtained by The Post show flowers and food trucks from the celebrations still on the property. Newlywed country singer Blake Shelton and No Doubt singer Stefani have a newly built home near Tishomingo, Oklahoma, photographs obtained by The Post show.

The second floor has a lofted hallway with a black iron railing that overlooks the first story. The “Hollaback Girl” songstress and the CMA Award winner — who announced their engagement in October 2020 — couldn’t be more thrilled to start this new chapter together. “They are truly happy as a family and it’s the new beginning Gwen needed,” the insider dished. Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani coupled up after meeting on the set of The Voice. Not only do Blake and Gwen own oversized properties in Oklahoma, but they also recently bought a house in the Los Angeles area.
The home will be approximately 13,000 square feet with every luxury amenity you can image, from a resort-worthy backyard to a pimped out home theater. Rossdale and Stefani's home finally sold in 2019, per the Times, for $21.65 million and, while this marked the end of a big chapter for the former couple, it's clear that Stefani loves her California roots. We can't think of anyone better to ease Oklahoma-native Blake Shelton into the glamorous life of Los Angeles.
